This is Illamasqua's Sheer Gloss in Opulent. It's described as a rainbow beige. As you can see, it barely shows up. You can see a tiny bit of sparkle on my top lip.
Here is Tarte's Lipsurgence in hope w/ opulent layered over it. Now you can see the sparkle. It has a subtle sparkle instead of chunky glitter which I like.

I bought Opulent at Sephora for $20. I noticed that Sephora doesn't carry their lipsticks or glosses anymore :( Sephora is the only store in the US that carries them. On Ilamasqua's web site, their prices for US currency is significantly more than Sephora prices. Sad Panda :(
