Glossybox January

GB sent a mass email - indicating that products had been held up by storms
and that we would be getting our boxes late this month.
It doesn't seem like it was later than usual - GB always shows up at the end of the month.

The Original Beauty Blender - Full Size

I desperately need a replacement so I'm super happy GB included it. 

 I use mine to apply bb cream but it can also be used to apply moisturizer.

It came w/ a sample size cleanser.

Toni&Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe - Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray Deluxe Sample

I have long, wavy hair and this product seems perfect for enhancing my natural curl.

I'm looking forward to trying it.

Vichy - Aqualia Thermal Rich Cream Deluxe Sample
Vichy does not agree w/ my skin so I'll be passing this off to my mom.
It's supposed lock in moisture for 48 hours.

Bellapierre Cosmetics - Mineral Blush Full Size

I got Desert Rose - I'm not sure if GB sent out other variations.

It's a sheer sparkly peach color. It's pretty but too shimmery for me.

Balance Me - Super Toning Body Wash  Deluxe Sample

It smells awesome! And I wish I had a bigger bottle!!

Glossybox October

October's box is a collaboration w/ Byrdie - an online magazine for all things beauty. I usually love their collaboration boxes so I was super excited to see what goodies I would get.

2 full size items this month!

Tarte - Lights, Camera, Flashes Mascara - This is one of the full size items. I love the packaging & I'm looking forward to trying it. Retails $23

Fresh - Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream. Deluxe sample .50oz  It's described as a lightweight, daily moisturizer age-defying moisturizer for all skin types. It's supposed to moisturize skin for 24 hours after application. It sounds like a perfect winter moisturizer - I'm excited to try it. Full size (1.7oz) retails $42

Bvlgari - Au the Vert. Deluxe sample .17oz  I'm not a fan of fragrance so I wasn't thrilled to get this. It is a cute little bottle though. Mine is on ebay :)  Full size (2.5oz) retails $85

Sesha Skin Therapy Rejuvenating Anti-Wrinkle Mask. One Time Use Packet - retails $9. It claims to smooth fine lines & wrinkles w/ peptides & botanical extracts. Calms the skin from environment stresses & rejuvenates it back to a youthful glow. I love masks - I'm going to try mine tonight. Some people got exfoliating gel instead of the mask. There is a 40% off coupon for Sesha products included. 

Balance Me Shine On Tinted Lip Salve in Super Soft Beige. This is the other full size product - retails $16.50. It claims to smooths, hydrates & adds gloss to lips. Everyone got the same color. $16.50 really? I would never pay that. It's gotten good reviews but I'm just not feeling the color. I'm still going to try it.

I almost fell over when I noticed this on my porch Monday. 2 days early?!? Can it be? Is GB actually getting their shit together?

Nioxin- Diamax 

This is hair treatment that claims to increase the diameter of each hair strand. It also helps strengthen hair against damage. I've heard rave reviews about this product & this bad boy retails for $50. Having extremely thick & ass length hair - this is the last thing I need. Ebay?

Oceane - Makeup Remover Pen

This is a pen that is used to remove excess makeup around your eyes and lips. I'm excited to try it. Seems perfect for on the go. It comes w/ 3 replacement tips. Retails $5.30

Emite Makeup - Eyelash Curler

This eyelash curler has a special curved designed to suit all eye types. I like it's sleek, modern design. I'm going to pass this off to my mom who uses a super old, barbaric Maybelline one that she's had my whole life - eww! I'm perfectly happy w/ my tarte one. Retails $30.50

Bon Genre - BCBGMAXAZRIA

I'm not a fan of perfume at all but this one isn't bad. It isn't good either :)

I will be passing this off to my mom as well.

Be A Bombshell - Eyeliner Pen in Onyx

Eyeliner pen in w/ a marker like tip. Another black eyeliner? Someone please kill me.

I would have liked any other color other than black or brown - so boring!
